Today was my first time making persimmon pudding!
I did a diy steam setup, like my family usualy does, but i found out the break away bundt pan fits perfectly in the rim of my stock pot and theres a lid that fits perfectly inside of that pan!!
So heres how it came out, steamed, 2 hours later…

Tonight was a night of good eats!!
