So i made another practice round of cake pops
These are red velvet cake pops…without the red dye….
This time i made sure the cake was cooked all the way through!!
Thanks to bakerella and much advice from my cousin, naomi who makes perfect cake pops every time!!
I started out my using the pampered chef small scoop (thanks joy!!) and hand rolling them
I thought i would NEVER see the bottom of the bowl!!!
I felt like i had been rolling for centuries!!
But alas i finally finished and dipped them in chocolate for dipping practice..
The ones for the wedding will be much different than this but i wanted to practice rolling them into the same size and dipping…now i understand why you need to take extra off when dipping!!
